Adam Newman BVetMed (RVC)

Adam grew up in rural Oxfordshire, England, and stumbled onto the veterinary world at age 14 after finding a part-time job at his local practice much more appealing than his previous one delivering newspapers.  A stint at the Royal Veterinary College (London), interrupted by a year out farming Alpacas, gave him the necessary skills and qualifications to successfully attach needles to syringes without stabbing himself in the thumb.  Graduating in July 2014, Adam immediately hopped on a plane to New Zealand to do some tourism and job hunting, and began working for SWVS in October.

When not pulling on long gloves behind a cow, Adam can be found playing with old cars, cooking/eating, and relaxing in front of the telly with some cheese and wine.
